FOUNDING DATE OF OUR PARISH:
On August 24, 1905 our parish was officially established by Bishop
Matthew Harkins under the title of:
"L'Eglise Notre Dame de Bonsecours" (Our Lady of Good
Help).

COMMEMORATION: To commemorate this special date, we will
be blessing Fr. Hormisdas Sylvestre's ciborium at all Masses
next weekend. His ciborium has been recently restored. Fr. Sylvestre
was a former pastor of our parish, having been named pastor
in January of 1923.
THANK YOU: We would like to thank
Peter & Polly Leone who donated the cost to have Fr. Sylvestre's
ciborium restored. They have made this donation in memory of
Barbara Ann Cahill who died recently and was buried form our
parish. Thank you, Peter and Polly, for your generosity.

VILLA
AT ST. ANTONINE will be holding open
houses every Friday at 2 pm during the month of August. Tours of
the facility, refreshments and entertainment will be offered. For

ANNUAL FEAST DAY:

Celebrant will be Fr. Jay Finelli (Pastor of Holy Ghost Church,
Tiverton, RI).
Benediction and Blessing with St. Theresa's Relic will follow.
